Approximately 110 cm (43¼") wingspan

Yarn requirements
The pattern is designed for light fingering- to sport-weight yarn (approximately 240–260 m per 50 g). However, the yarn choice for this project is highly flexible, allowing you to customize the finished scarf to suit your preferences. By choosing a lighter or heavier yarn, or adjusting the number of repeats, you can easily create a scarf that is lighter or warmer, as well as shorter or longer.
You'll need:
1 × 50 g skein in Colour A
1 × 50 g skein in Colour B
1 × 25 g skein for the lace ruffle (a yarn with a soft halo, such as alpaca or mohair, is recommended)
Leftover yarn can be used for the optional I-cord tie.
Needles
3.5 mm (US 4) circular needle, 60 cm (24") for the striped body
3.5 mm (US 4) circular needle, 100 cm (40") for the lace edging
Gauge
25 sts × 36 rows = 10 × 10 cm (4 × 4") in stockinette stitch on 3.5 mm needles.
